How did I get here? An interesting question

I have been blessed to grow up in the Okanagan valley. I love animals and my home is full of rescues from all over, a dog from Mexico, 2 others from Penticton, rescue horses and chickens and parrots. I have been working with energy for over 15 years. In that time I have come to appreciate the importance of addressing all levels of the bodymind in order to heal, the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. My goal is to look at every experience as a learning opportunity. All challenges bring gifts.

My health challenges have taught me resilience, forthrightness and trust- for the Divine, for myself as an aspect of the Divine, and for the fact that everything I need is available. I can’t heal for you but I can support you on your path and shine the light of clarity and healing so that you can step forward into the life that you are meant to live.
